Return Policy:
All returns are subject to proof of purchase from this business. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed to any parts return up to 30 days after purchase. Beyond 30 days, parts return may be refused.
Parts Warranty:
The Company provides a twelve (12) month parts warranty, dealer installed labor will be paid for a period of 6 months on parts which were originally installed by the dealer. This warranty covers most parts shipped from a Company PDC. Company warranty is set forth in detail under separate policy bulletins. Maintenance and wear items are excluded from Parts Warranty. Warranties for Promotional Direct Ship Parts will vary, depending on the Supplier; each such Warranty is administered by the Supplier.
